Blitz Day 2010 (Registration Day)

Registration Information 

Welcome to 2010 Registration!!!!!

What:        Registration “Blitz” Day

Where:     Arthur Seguin Chalet, 365 St. Louis Avenue, Pointe-Claire

Who:        All former members and new members

When:      May 30th 2010. Barbecue at noon  (Registration is from 11am - 3pm)

Why:        

You can sign up all family members for courses and speak to the managers and instructors of all the different programs.  Any questions you have can be answered at this time.  This early date gives you a better choice of time slots and you pay only the early membership fee.

If you cannot attend this early registration date, a second one will be held at Viking Pool on Opening Day (June 12, 2010) and you will still have early membership rates.  After this date, regular fees apply.

How: 

Please fill out the registration form that was delivered to your home with first and last names of all family members.  We ask for email address so we can inform you of up-coming events and notify you about events after the pool closes in the fall (eg. Santa’s Breakfast held every December).  We ask for phone number and, if possible, a cell phone number to be used only in the case of emergency. 

Please bring 2 pictures of each family member so we can make an up-to-date membership book for each pool.

Child tax credit receipts will be given for children 16 and under who attend organized activities so please check the box on the form if you wish to receive one.

*A babysitter will be admitted any day of the week with the child being babysat

Please make cheques payable to L.H.R.A. or pay in cash.
